Customer Reviews
Solid cast iron pot
Yeah, so I picked up a 'faitout en fonte émaillée' a couple weeks ago. It's a heavy pot, feels really sturdy. I've used it for soups and stews and it does a good job. The enamel inside seems pretty durable, no issues there. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Pretty happy with it, honestly.
Love my new wok!
I just received my 'wok en inox' and I'm so happy with it! It's beautiful and cooks like a dream. The handle is super comfortable too. I've already made stir-fry twice. I will definitely be buying more from Purcook in the future. Highly recommend this store!
Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a 'sauteuse en inox' and it arrived well-packaged. The pan itself feels very solid and heats evenly, which is great for cooking. However, it took almost 10 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, good product for the price, but shipping could be quicker.
Consistent quality, reliable store
This was my third order from Purcook, and they didn't disappoint. I got the 'marmite en fonte' this time, and like my previous 'poêle en inox,' the quality is excellent. It arrived exactly when they said it would, and the packaging was robust. I keep coming back because I know I'll get durable, non-toxic cookware that lasts. It's nice to find a brand you can count on for consistent performance.

Can you stack discount codes on Purcook? Like, if I have a newsletter signup code and it's also Black Friday, can I use both?
If I get a pan and it's not quite what I expected, are returns a pain? Like, do I have to jump through a bunch of hoops or is it pretty straightforward?
Does Purcook ever do free shipping codes, or is it always just if you hit the 100 euro mark? My cart is like 80 right now and I'm being cheap.
Thinking of grabbing one of those cast iron Dutch ovens. Are they actually good quality or just another pretty pot? Anyone have experience with them vs. like, Le Creuset?
Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes for Purcook stuff? I'm in New York, trying to figure out if it'll get here before I need it for a party.
